Rehearsal - 31 May 2012

As the launching ceremony is around the corner, all members in the IDICVA organizing team are doing their best to wrap things up. Today, part of the team did a few visit to several refugee centers and shelter homes to follow up the performance practice.

Firstly, we visited the Sri Lanka's refugees in Sentul. The refugees will perform an edited version of "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" together with a Brahma Kumaris student from Cheras Center.

In the afternoon, the Myanmar refugees from ZOMI Learning Education Center have visited our Brahma Kumaris Head Quarter in Bangsar Park to do their rehearsal. Total of eight will perform a Myanmar National Dance. The dance means "Cultivate Our Homeland". With all sorts of preparation, they have brought together the traditional costumes and props for the rehearsal. Believe me, a picture paints a thousand words. So, don't miss out the launching ceremony on 2 June 2012!

In the evening, a visit to Agathians Shelter in Seksyen 8 PJ, was done. The boys have demonstrated their dance "Dynamite-Teacher's Day Version". These boys are really creative in composing their own lyrics and, good dancers were born.
