Launching for International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression

• Objectives: - To induce a deeper awareness among the public, in particular for children, parents and teachers on the seriousness of child abuse and its implications on child development. - To facilitate the individuals on alternative means to resolve problems instead of using aggression. *Everyone is welcome, no entrance fee needed* Our Dear Honoured Guests, International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression 2012 (IDICVA) Awareness Campaign - Invitation to Launching Ceremony on Saturday, 2nd June 2012 from 3.00 pm until 6.00 pm  Greetings of Peace and Love. We are pleased to inform you that the Community Organisation for Inner Learning Selangor (COIL) and Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University (BKWSU), in co-operation with many NGOs such as PPBM, CHILD Info. Learning & DEvelopment Centre, ZOMI Learning Centre, Agathian's Shelter, Tamil Forum, SUKA Society, WAO and Berjaya University College of Hospitality (BUCH) students, are organising the “International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression 2012” (IDICVA) Awareness Campaign from May till July 2012.  This Campaign is endorsed and supported by UNICEF Malaysia. We are organising the following two programs:  i) Launching Ceremony, Saturday, 2nd June 2012 from 3.00 pm until 6.00 pm at our Harmony House, Brahma Kumaris Malaysia, No. 10, Lorong Maarof, Bangsar Park, 59000 Kuala Lumpur (location map is enclosed for your reference) The Deputy Representative of UNICEF Malaysia, Dr. Victor Karunan, will be launching this Campaign.  ii) Children's Art Exhibition and Forum IDICVA 2012 will be held in mid July 2012 (actual date to be confirmed), from 3.00pm until 6.00pm at Berjaya Times Square, Lower Ground Concourse.  We would greatly appreciate and look forward to your valued presence at both these occasions, and participate in the Launching Ceremony, a special event to Pledge for IDICVA 2012 to minimise violence against children.  Simply SMS/ call Ms. Bhajo at 012-3325243 or Ms Soon at 012-2080731 to confirm your attendance for the Launching Ceremony.
